Overview
The Community for Modeling Pertussis Boost (CMI-PB) project provides the scientific community with comprehensive, high-quality, and freely accessible resources related to Pertussis booster vaccination.
These resources, and associated prediction challenges, are geared towards engaging both experts and enthusiasts in developing and improving computational models of the immune response to vaccination.
Educational Resources
Major resources to help you understand and make use of CMI-PB data include:
- Hands on introduction to using and accessing CMI-PB data
- Background and biological information on Pertussis
- An annotated history of major Pertussis milestones
- First steps in modeling with CMI-PB data
- How to participate in the CMI-PB prediction challenge
- Lecture slides introducing CMI-PB
- The CMI-PB solutions center
